Life Cycle of a Construction Project
Steps to a Restoration Project:

1. Meet the customer and discuss the Goal and Objectives you are trying to achieve.

2. Evaluate and or Estimate project

3. Complete estimate and discuss pricing and plans with customer

***Once project has been approved by customer, a contract is signed and start date is collectively decided to begin work.***

4. Construction Permits will be pulled

5. Check framing, electrical, and plumbing components prior to start of project to confirm estimate.

6. Demolition begins

7. Structural issues or repairs are made

8. Electrical and Plumbing components are Roughed-In

9. City or County inspector is called and scheduled to approve progress

10. Rough-In Inspection occurs by the city or county

11.The selection Process for Materials, Colors, etc. will need to be ordered. A project manager will be in contact to assist.

12. Insulation

13. Drywall is installed and finished

14. Cabinets, Doors, Trim, etc.

15. Paint. Stain. Wallpaper

16. Finish work is performed on electrical and plumbing components.

17. Finish Hardware (Outlets, Switches, HVAC Covers, Door Knobs. etc.)

18. Our Cleaning crew is assigned and will perform construction cleanup

19. Floor Coverings installed

20. Inspection and walk-thru with customer.

21. Final touches are performed to customer specifications.

22.  Final Cleaning of the entire project area is performed

22. Customer signs completion and satisfaction form.

23. Final payment is made for our services.

24.  Warranty information is provided to customer

25.  Customer moves back into structure.
